This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Jumpy Pals (package com.jumpypals.app, the “App”) handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Information collected

The App itself does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or address. However, the following data may be collected and processed:

Advertising data (via Google AdMob): advertising identifier, device information (model, operating system, language), approximate location, IP address, and ad-interaction data, used to serve and measure ads.
Purchase data (via Google Play Billing): records of in-app purchases. Payment card details are handled entirely by Google and are never accessed by us.
Crash and diagnostic data (via Sentry): crash logs, device type, and app version, used to detect and fix stability problems.
On-device game data: your scores, coins, unlocked characters, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

3. Advertising and consent

The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers and related data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure their performance. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent message (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You can grant, refuse, or later change your consent. If you do not consent, you will continue to see only non-personalized ads.

Users who purchase the optional “Remove Ads” product will no longer be shown ads.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and a one-time “Remove Ads” option). These transactions are processed by Google Play. We receive a confirmation that a purchase was made but do not receive or store your payment details.

5. How data is used

To display and measure advertisements.
To process and restore in-app purchases.
To diagnose crashes and improve the App’s stability and quality.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data sharing

Data may be shared with the service providers that make the App work:

Google AdMob — advertising (Privacy Policy).
Google Play Billing — in-app purchases (Privacy Policy).
Sentry — crash reporting (Privacy Policy).

7. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for personalized ads. You can:

Reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Change your ad-consent choice within the App.
Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored game data.

9. Data retention

On-device game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data processed by our service providers is retained according to their respective policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
